Absolutely. We can source additional drinkware styles or develop a completely custom product. Fully custom development typically starts at 3,000 units.
Most of our bottles feature a discreet NUTRX laser engraving on the base (see here). This can be removed or replaced with your own custom engraving. Otherwise, our bottles have no visible NUTRX branding.
Our bottle bodies are made from high-quality 18/8 (304-grade) stainless steel. Most lids are made from BPA-free, food-grade polypropylene (PP) plastic. Materials may vary by product.
Most of our drinkware is manufactured in China. Depending on the product and project requirements, we can also source from other countries, including Thailand and Cambodia.
We recommend hand-washing all our products with warm water and mild soap. Use a bottle brush if available and allow it to air-dry. Avoid dishwashers unless stated otherwise.

As our products are fully customised, refunds are generally not possible. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a suitable solution, including replacement where appropriate.
Yes. Our stainless steel drinkware is designed for repeated use, and the stainless steel components are highly recyclable through appropriate recycling facilities.
