Do the bottles have any engraving on the bottom?

Are the bottles dishwasher friendly?

No, we recommend hand washing only to maintain the bottle’s quality and insulation performance.

What materials are the bottles made from?

Our bottles are made from high-grade 18/8 food-safe stainless steel, with BPA-free lids and components for safe, long-lasting use.

What kind of packaging is used?

Every bottle is safely wrapped in protective bubble wrap and shipped in a recyclable carton box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Custom box designs are also available upon request for an additional fee.

How does Nutrx support global clean-up efforts?

For each bottle produced, we contribute directly to dedicated collection networks that manage and recover plastic waste in high-leakage regions, verified in partnership with CleanHub.

How should I clean the bottle?

Use warm water, mild soap, and if you have one, a bottle brush for extra convenience. Let it air dry with the lid off.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we can provide free samples so you can check the quality before placing a bulk order.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our standard MOQ is 250 pieces. This allows us to ensure the best customisation quality and pricing for our clients.

Do the bottles come with a warranty?

Yes, all our bottles include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

How long does production take?

After finalising your design, standard delivery time takes approximately 40 days. Express production is available for an added fee, with delivery in roughly 2 weeks.

What certifications do your bottles have?

Our bottles comply with EU food safety standards, including LFGB certification.
