At Nutrx B.V., we are committed to providing high-quality, custom stainless steel bottles made to your exact specifications. Because each order is produced especially for you, our return and warranty policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.
All our products are custom-made based on the customer’s specifications (such as logo, color, and design). Therefore, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once production has started or the order has been delivered — except in cases covered under our warranty policy below.
Please ensure that all order details, artwork, and proofs are carefully reviewed and approved before production begins.
All Nutrx bottles are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including:
If a valid defect is found within 12 months of delivery, Nutrx B.V. will replace the defective product free of charge.
Please note:
The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
Replacements only — no financial refunds will be issued.
